Please note that we will do our best to answer emails in a timely manner, but they will sometimes be delayed for up to a couple days. Our field technicians will contact you when they are departing for your location to ensure that there is a representative present for our arrival. This allows for a smooth work process since we can be certain that there is someone around when we arrive for work. Furthermore, we ask that a representative is present for the completion of the work to verify that it meets the expectations of the customers.
